After placing an order, you will receive an automated email confirming that your order was placed. During the processing of your order, you will receive an email at every stage, such as “placed,” “shipped,” and “delivered.” Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment.

If you want to cancel an order, you must submit a CANCELLATION REQUEST by emailing support@virtuevapes.com within 2 hours of the order being placed.  We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, and, in some cases, we cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will be accepted.

Canceled orders are subject to an 8 % restocking fee due to the credit card processing and age verification fees incurred in processing your order. If your cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a refund amount after the deduction of 8% of the total order value. For example, if your order was $30, you will receive a refund of $24.

Refund or exchange is only available for products that are deemed defective and have not been used. The broken seal cannot be honored in order to issue a refund or exchange.

To avoid issues with a return and to get a refund or exchange, the product must be returned to our facility within 15 days of purchase or date of receipt. Allow 2-3 weeks’ refunds to be processed. Please note that virtuevapes.com does not offer a money-back guarantee.
